Help, me I am dying, criminal, stupid ex?
So I got cheated on by my girlfriend with who I resided almost everyday for 2 months. She cheated on me with her babies dads brother. The night of a heated argument she locked me out while smoking, after she had told me to sleep on the couch. I kicked the door (didn’t break it) and got it open. I tried to reason with her and didnt breat her or anything like that but I did grab her arms. Then I left. Is this burglary ro DV?
I got arrested for both. The released me but I am freaking the hell out and clearly want nothing to do with this girl.
Burglary statues states that any forced entry with intention of committing a crime and any form of physical harm.
I got the police report and it says nothing more about forced entry, but she got a restating order and on that it says “I tricked him into going outside” and locked the door.
It’s all about the intent. Get the F away from her. Good luck.
um, well the best way to avoid criminal charges is to walk away. & not get involved w/ crazy hoes like that in the first place…
even if you get a lawyer I dont know how you’ll convince a judge that its sensible to kick a door in…
