    Nikki,

You don’t provide enough info for an accurate answer such as what state you are in and whether all charges are felonies or misdemeanors. State statutes vary as to how crimes are classified and punishments are different. Burglary 2 , definitely a felony and will get you at least 1 year in some states and possibly as much as 10 years in others (Texas). The Criminal Trespass, normally a misdemeanor, could be as little as probation or up to a year max. The Criminal mischief could be a felony or a misdemeanor depending on the amount of damage, a min of 1 year if a felony or a min of probation or max of 1year if a misdemeanor.

In summary, it depends on what state you are in, the amount of damage he caused, the judge he gets and his criminal history.
