Question by gomdolcop: In UK,a murderer sat free by amnesty and commited murder again?
one day,I heard a news that…
1.A condemned criminal in the UK sat freed by amnesty ,
2.but next day, he arrested again.He killed some old man in the park.
Even though only just some silly arguements,he got angered and …enough said.
My question is…
1. Isn’t this Uk goverment’s fault or mistake?I think goverment should not have been freed him,
2. where I can find this news?(Saw from internet)

Every man deserves a second chance which was given to him by Amnesty International. But this person seems to have wasted his second chance as well. It’s not the governments fault. It solely is the man’s fault. Last I saw this news on Yahoo! but I think it has been removed now.
