[News] Illini: pressure cooked?
It was senior Demetri McCamey who said recently, “I think the fun in the game got (taken) out the last couple of weeks.” That was a telling comment from a team that hasn’t enjoyed sustained success – a winning streak – in six weeks. So coach Bruce Weber simplified their approach heading into today’s game against Michigan State at Breslin Center (8, ESPN). “I think we’ll go at Michigan State and …

Question by ava: Enhanced CRB Check I am 25 now and have a degree but I also have a Criminal Record?
I have recently started a job as a Database Administrator within the Housing Department and now an enhanced CRB is required from me

I feel as though I will be in serious trouble if I do not declare my offensives but to be honest it was so long ago i can remember all of them it started when i was 13 to 21 between these years 1998 2005

I have been arrested around 8 times I know stupid but my mum died when i was 3 and I found it very hard growing up in care with strangers no real family
When being in Care I was easilly influenced by others who also lived in care i was completly messed up in the head as it was hard to deal with my emotions whilst still be a child

3 years ago I accepted and dealt with my emotions. I have actually moved on from all the pain i felt from losing my mum i am not so angry anymore also obtaining my degree has helped me to mature incredibly i have come so far it was so hard to deal with my mum leaving me in this world alone at 3 with strangers trust me was the scariest confusing thing ever and the older i got the more upset I would feel.

What I really need to know is, if anyone has been convicted or have had cautions that have either been displayed or not on the Enhanced CRB

I have cautions and convictions for silly stupid things mostly fighting when I was growing up in care to be honest I cannot remember. Thus most of the time it wasnt me i was wrong place wrong time

All I really want to know is what really comes up on the enhanced CRB I have a feeling I will be sacked i know it
What was the point of studying im still nowhere no matter how hard I try

Your terms indicate you are from the UK, but you post trough the US website. This defeats Yahoo Answers recently added feature of marking questions with location of origin. That results in more answers assuming the wrong set of laws.

Failing to recall everything on your record should not be a problem as long as you are up front about what you do recall, and that you may have forgotten some items. That said, being from the US, I have no idea what impact the actual contents on your record will have.

Question by Lou: where can i see my own criminal history records?
i have recently been interviewing for jobs and would like to know what criminal history employers are seeing when they do a background check on me. i do have some stupid small things such as underage back in college so I was just wondering what was actually on there.

I heard some people say that in my state (pennsylvania) there is somewhere to see this information for free, does anyone know where I might find that site.

Probably should contact the local courthouse in your jurisdiction and they can tell you. That or visit your city’s website and see if they have a criminal history search on their page and enter the necessary information.
